The service

HelloReply provides an AI receptionist that replies to customer messages across your connected channels. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for complying with the terms of the messaging platforms you connect (such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp).
